Meditation in motion

 Movement meditation workshop allows us to experience ourselves and our bodies here and now through conscious movement, choose desired behavior, choose and not respond automatically. Movement replaces a place of thought, allows us to relieve stress and be in mindfulness. Through various conscious movements and techniques, we will listen to the body and act through the parts of our body for freedom of movement and mental flexibility
